If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days. Please note that the return period starts on the day you receive your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you find that an item is faulty or that you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please quote your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation. If the product returned to us is not in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
-Non-returnable items include products damaged due to customer mishandling.
-Returns without a receipt may be refused.
-The return address will be obtained after contacting customer service to obtain return authorisation.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Have you received a faulty item or the wrong product? Are you simply unhappy with your order?
Please contact our customer service team to start the return process. Please provide the following information:
-Order number
-Proof of purchase (order summary)
-Video or photo of the faulty product
In some cases, you may need to include a video or photo of the faulty product as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement. If a return or refund is required for this reason, we will be responsible for the original freight and return freight.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Your refund will be reduced by the original shipping charges. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, except in the case of damaged packages.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
If the product is not usable due to our fault (such as size, improper damage or quality issues), we will pay for the freight to replace and reship the returned product and return, but if you purchased the product by mistake or error, you will have to pay for the freight for the original shipping and return.
